Your time is yours. Whether your body is craving a comprehensive full-body massage or you need the time to work on areas of deep tension, you don't have to decide now. Simply book your session and decide when you arrive. However you're feeling on the day, I'll meet you where you're at and guide you towards feeling more relaxed, energised and more like yourself than perhaps you've felt in some time. Rest assured, you'll be in good hands.
Booking Policy
I completely understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment – life happens – but if you’re able to give at least 24 hours’ notice, it allows me to offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding. Of course, if you're unwell or facing an emergency, please don’t hesitate to get in touch – I’ll always do my best to be flexible wherever possible.
