I completely understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment – life happens – but if you’re able to give at least 24 hours’ notice, it allows me to offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% charge, and missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged in full. Thank you for your understanding.
