Massage for film & TV productions in South Wales
In addition to corporate wellbeing days, I provide on-site seated massage for film and TV productions across South Wales, supporting cast and crew during long filming days, intensive schedules and location shoots.

No need to undress – employees remain fully clothed throughout.
All the equipment needed is provided, and each massage can be tailored to the individual.
Booking is flexible. You can book a series of days, one-off session, or arrange a regular monthly or quarterly wellbeing day such as Massage Monday or Well-being Wednesday.
On-site massage is carried out in a quiet room or private space, tailored to your setting – whether that’s a meeting room in an office, a trailer on set, or a tent during an outdoor shoot.
Depending on your preferences and team size, treatment lasts 15 or 25 minutes, shown to reduce stress hormones like cortisol, and increase serotonin and dopamine – supporting mood, focus and resilience.
Bringing wellbeing to your workplace – wherever that may be

You're not only enriching wellbeing – you're also supporting workplace policy
Workplace massage isn’t just a feel-good perk. It can play a meaningful role in supporting HR objectives and aligning with recognised frameworks. For example:

HSE’s Management Standards for Work-related Stress
Massage contributes to a culture of support and care by helping employees manage physical tension and take a restorative pause during the working day. This directly supports key stress risk areas such as excessive demands, low morale, and insufficient recovery time — making it a proactive step toward reducing stress-related absence and fostering resilience.

NICE Public Health Guidance on Workplace Wellbeing (PH22)
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends workplace interventions that promote physical and mental wellbeing. This includes activities that relieve musculoskeletal discomfort, improve emotional health, and support positive work engagement. On-site massage aligns with these goals as a practical, evidence-informed wellbeing tool.

DWP/DHSC Initiative: 'Health is Everyone’s Business'
This UK government strategy encourages employers to adopt preventative measures that improve staff wellbeing, reduce sickness absence, and increase productivity. Massage is a cost-effective, easy-to-implement option that helps demonstrate an employer’s active commitment to staff health – particularly in high-demand sectors like production and office-based work.
